It's Friday - unless you're Tom Cruise, you're probably counting down the minutes until the working day ends. Well, we've come across a fantastic video of Vine compilations...

We're constantly looking for new ways to make our T-shirts more available on the web - and as of now, they're available on Etsy.

Etsy is a fantastic website specialising in handmade and vintage items, as well as great art and craft supplies. We've found some really cool stuff here so we're proud to have a little slot for our T-shirt designs.

Check out our range at the Spicetag Etsy page.

New Painting Design Tees

We created a series of small painted graphics years ago - now they've made their way onto T-shirts...

Influenced by Japanese art and tribal graphics, each are available on natural colour T-shirts.

Check them out along with others at Spicetag.com.

Feel-Good Monday

It's Monday, the British summer looks pretty spent - but we've got a fantastic site that's sure to cheer you up.

Twisternederland is possibly one of the greatest feel-good sites on the internet, in our opinion. It's kind of a You've Been Framed for adults, and the monthly fail compilations are the best we've seen.

With regular updates, there's something sure to make you laugh - and we guarantee that. Check out Twisternederland right now.

Dressed For Sound

It's Friday - here's our new T-shirt of the week...

Before iPods and various other MP3 players, all we had were CDs - and in the 1980s, all we had were cassette tapes - and you played them on a stereo system.

Here's a design to remind us of the classic hissing sound we got from playing our favourite music at home. The 80s stereo T-shirt is now available at the Spicetag website.

The Movie Poster - Simplified

The internet is, as you know a great source to view graphic design displayed by all kinds of designers. We've always found interesting other people's portrayal of the perfect poster for their favourite films - or better, our favourite films.

Iron Man by evilcomma

The internet is full of images of simplified movie posters, but many just seem like part of a 'guess the movie' game without any great focus on the overall execution of the design.

We've found a great Tumblr blog called Minimal Movie Posters. This blog is full of fantastic minimalist posters with a bit more personality to them than the usual. Above is Iron Man by evilcomma.

Be sure to check out the Minimal Movie Posters blog for loads more great designs.

Goody Goody Gumdrops

Cardiff is full of surprises. We only noticed the other day these bright pink bubbles have been popping up and attaching themselves to lampposts and bins. After a bit of web searching, we found these things to be 'Gumdrops'.

We all know the damage chewing gum can do to our streets when thrown on the floor. It stays there for years and can cost a fair bit of time and effort for the council to clean. These new Gumdrops are there for us to dispose of our taste-spent gum properly - and it's a great idea.

For more info, visit the Gumdrop website. There's also a Gumdrop Facebook page and you can follow Gumdrop on Twitter. Look out for the Gumdrops!

Amiga Exotica

Those of you who owned a Commodore Amiga in the late 80s/early 90s would've grown to adore it. These machines not only cost a whopping £300 back in the day, overshadowing a measly £150 for a SNES, but had the power and versatility to play more challenging games.

The great thing about the Amiga was that you could pick up all sorts of games dirt cheap - and there were hundreds of them. We've found a great little source to browse a few of the classics...

ExoticA is a fantastic site with comprehensive info and history about the Amiga and other retro gaming platforms. The site has a great focus on computer music, but what we love are the galleries of Amiga game box scans - and there are quite a few.

This site is a must see for retro gaming fans. Check out the ExoticA website.

The Coolest Hotel On The Planet

A friend of Spicetag's was having a rant over the weekend about the various hotels he's been put up in during business trips.

Lack of Wi-Fi, insufficent breakfast menu and poor bar opening hours were amongst his disapproval - but what really bothered him was the lonliness. Hotels all over the world work to minimise this feeling of lonliness by providing friendly service, compromising facilities and most of all an enticing warm and comfortable environment.

We've found the perfect hotel for our friend - it's a bit out of the way, and although you'd have to take the 'warm' out of 'warm and comfortable', it is extremely cool...

Here is a room inside the SnowHotel located in the Snow Village in the western part of Finnish Lapland. Yes, the bed is made of ice, as are the walls and floor.

The Snow Hotel is by no means an everlasting place. For the 2013-2014 season it will be the 13th time the Snow Hotel will have been created. It's open for reservations until April 2014, as it's creators aim to keep the hotel alive for as long as they can, before the inevitable happens.

Above is the Ice Bar, where even the shot glasses are made of ice. There's also an ice restaurant to cater for the guests staying in the 15 double 'igloo' rooms and 8 furnished ice suites. We think that this is one of the most beautiful and original places to stay that we've seen. Read all about this incredible place and check out the amazing images at the Snow Village website.

The Legend Of Bill Cravens

Remember Street Fighter 2? Of course you do. Released in 1991, it's become one of the greatest computer games of all time.

But you'll be surprised to hear that this game is a sequel to a game called Street Fighter released back in 1987. Amiga fans should know about this - where we were first introduced to Ryu (and Ken in 2 player mode) who traveled the globe fighting the very best the world had to offer.

When Ryu arrived in Great Britain, he faced Eagle and Birdie. Here is Birdie - you had to watch out for his swinging head-buts.

Look to the left of the image to find a piece of graffiti on the Block Heads pub. The image is of a man named Bill Cravens.

Bill Cravens was the man who got arcade gaming rolling, and kept it rolling. Check out these cool little articles about this great man at Arcade Heros and at Fighting Street.

Rise of the Machines...

We've found some astonishing footage of a a humanoid robot in active development.

This is PETMAN - Protection Ensemble Test Mannequin - which is being developed to test the durability of safety clothing used by humans when investigating dangers in a radioactive environment.

This machine has been built by Boston Dynamics - an engineering company that builds robots and develops technology for human simulation. From Cheetah-like droids that can run at nearly 30mph to this incredible humanoid, what they have done is truly amazing.

Check out footage of PETMAN in action at the Boston Dynamics website.

The Spirit Of LCD Games Is Back...

A good friend of Spicetag has just brought this incredible site back to our attention...

Pica Pic is a website that specialises in robbing your attention. A selection of retro handheld LCD games have been adapted for play on the web. Some you'll recognise, some will baffle you.

The games are fully controlled using the keyboard, with the cheapest music where available and even sound effects of the plastic buttons being used. You've got to check out Pica Pic.

VAMPIRE ATTACK T-SHIRT

Oh yeah, remember Vampire Attack? No? Basically, this LCD game involved attacking vampires. The T-shirt is available right here.

Nuclear Waste - The Movie

If you found Ridley Scott's Prometheus a bit too Sci-fi, we've found a pretty awesome alternative...

We've found this cool, but unsettling documentary about the underground storage of nuclear waste at the Onkalo spent nuclear fuel repository in Finland. It's a film by Danish director Michael Madsen and not only does it show the interesting thoughts and opinions of this method by those involved at the site, it is beautifully filmed and scored.

What is most interesting are the thoughts and messages of the workers and superiors to the future of mankind about what lies at Onkalo, and why it should never be visited, explored or even thought about.

The film's called Into Eternity - check out the full movie on YouTube right here.
